Zanker
Jmem Tek has launched the world’s first hardware security chip that combines Physically Unclonable Function (JPUF) technology, Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) algorithms, and Side Channel Attack Protections (SCA), addressing emerging cybersecurity risks in the quantum era.

World’s First PUF-based PQC Chip "Zanker"
The chip features Jmem Tek's signature JPUF that generates a unique, invisible key, eliminating the need to store keys in memory. This effectively reduces the risk of side-channel attacks and high power consumption. This design is ideal for applications requiring both robust security and resource efficiency, including AIoT devices, autonomous systems, in-vehicle platforms, edge devices, and defense environments.
Our chip supports NIST-published FIPS 203 (ML-KEM) and FIPS 204 (ML-DSA) post-quantum algorithms in addition to traditional encryption algorithms. Its hardware-accelerated architecture delivers high throughput with low latency, overcoming the constraints of software-only PQC. Jmem Tek’s ML-KEM and ML-DSA implementations have been validated under NIST’s Cryptographic Algorithm Validation Program (CAVP), ensuring conformance to standards and verifiable security quality.
By integrating encryption/decryption, digital signatures, key management, and authentication in a single chip, JRoot simplifies system design, shortens time to market, and lowers overall costs, enabling customers to deploy internationally compliant post-quantum security faster.
The chip is compatible with mainstream CPU and MCU platforms, providing cross-platform support that reduces integration effort and helps enterprises align with forthcoming transitional PQC requirements in the U.S., Canada, the EU, and across Asia, thereby strengthening device security.
